Review: Anyone know the peace that precedes a storm. I am looking for someone in the end of the world, what is amazing is how long it lasts.Throughout first part of the film at rest, you can not help but wonder what it looks like, how would you react if you heard oi nonchalant news on radio and television about 70 km wide asteroid is moving towards Earth and destroy life as we know it. Do you seek shelter in the bomb shelter and hope for the best, or say to hell with it! ? and do all the things you could do when it was found to Dodge (Steve Carell) seems to be a third option, nobody else even try to consider: sit quietly and hold their position, as almost all other participating riot or insurrection. Although his work is quiet as a survival instinct, but also reflects his loneliness. The more people around him, he was lonelier than seems.Very Bill Murrays character Lost in Translation, Carell is perfectly transportation so much and so little. It becomes very exciting when hes the only character in the film who does not throw caution to the wind. After all, you should be in the room when the world will end, is Keira Knightley? Penny, live and despair British woman living in the same building as the Dodge. As it turns out, Dodge was also a high school friend who wrote him a few months before his wife left him.Sounds trip known from another movie? Well, look at someone on the end of the world, you will find yourself in the same direction, you think you're going, and often makes a sharp left when you least expect it. The film is also entertaining as the name suggests, there are some surprising moments, I have never seen or expected arrival, and watching a lot reasons.Is there is a love story between Dodge and Penny? As the last salmon fishing in the Yemen (2012) find that sure if the two main characters would fall in love, or at least a little attraction, or if it really does exist some difference.There other things, but wonder to watch this movie. In particular, is the world really end? Everyone in this film seem to think. But it's fascinating to see how different characters react to the news, keep watch, because you want to find out if it really does. It can not be just a dream or an illusion, is it? Its great that summer action flicks and disaster movies, this is a film that has its time to show how ordinary people react to extraordinary things. There is an asteroid heading toward Earth, but there is no explosion, death drop, astronauts, superheroes, or even (surprisingly) the camera images the sky in this movie at all. Viewers who hate Armageddon (1998), will be released, Im sure.Besides Carell and Knightley, which are fairly well known actors seems short, it may be their performance practically for portraits. However, everyone involved in the performance stays with you for a place where you can specify a character and say, yes, ID, it is likely that the guy in the circumstances. As the doomsday clock counts down, and the film ends, you may find yourself rethink what you want the last image in your mind that before all.
